This blend combines my Hella Uses Oil with Himalayan Sea Salt which has 80+ minerals and is harvested from a source free of our common day pollutants. The base is comprised of four oils cold infused with herbs that will ease your body and mind, a blend of muscle relaxants, aromatic nervines, anti-inflammatories and painkillers. Use for sore muscles, overworked hands, arthritis, rheumatism, inflammation, varicose veins, cellulite, nausea, indigestion, menstrual cramps, headaches, insomnia, skin irritations, eczema, acne and to improve circulation. Can also be used to speeds healing time of bruises and sunburns.

Himalayan Sea Salt helps to cleanse pores deeply and thwart bacteria that can instigate breakouts and acne. It restores the skin's natural pH, exfoliates the impurities and excess oil from clogged pores, and promotes the growth of new skin cells. Sea salt contains zinc, which balances oil production to correct oily or dry skin and it contains sulfur, which keeps skin smooth. Salt Scrubs detoxify and stimulate circulation for a youthful glow and healthy skin.

Directions: Apply to dry skin, rubbing in a circular motion and short strokes towards your heart. Follow with a hot shower or bath. Drink lots of water, before and after. To treat a headache or insomnia gently massage on your face, especially temples, hair line and cheekbones, plus the rest of your body as usual.
